My Darling Ranch

A Family Homestead

We began this journey several years ago while still living in the middle of Bakersfield, CA. Our rabbits and chickens were hidden throughout our backyard and our horses were boarded nearby. But, when the right ranch opened up, we bailed on the city! So, here we are, years later, making life work as full time Homestead Ranchers. That's right, we are Homestead Ranchers. We raise and care for animals to meet our family's needs. Those needs range from food to income producing to joyful companions. We don't have large herds of anything, but instead keep small manageable herds we can work as a family. Come visit us and meet our family and our animals. We love the attention (the animals too)!
